Use this procedure in order to generate Employee group roster report


Prerequisites:

  1. Install Microsoft SQL report builder:
    This can be downloaded from - Download Microsoft report builder

  2. RDL file for Employee Group Roster Report:rptEmployeeGroupRosterReport.rdl

Step-by-step guide


  1. Open the rptEmployeeGroupRosterReport.rdl file using the report builder.


  2. Right Click the Data Source and select Data Source properties.

      3. Update the connection string as per the Customer and Click Test Connection

        

       4. Provide the Credentials to test the connection.

        

        5. Click RUN on the left top hand side to Run the report.

        6. Provide the parameters and click VIEW REPORT on top right hand side.

       

       7. Export the results in the required format.
