How to generate Turnaround Time Report from Aircraft Portal

The turnaround time is the time it takes after an aircraft arrives at the gate before it is ready depart the gate again.

Step-by-step guide

Log in to Merlot Aircraft portal, enter your Merlot Credentials. Kindly click the “Show all Content“ located below when you open Aircraft Follow to be able to reflect all contents accordingly

 To access Turnaround information, click on the Turnaround tab .

The Turnaround tab displays arrival aircraft on the left and departure flights on the right. The times are all estimated times until actual times are entered. When actual times are entered, the screen is updated accordingly. Updates are also reflected in all applications that display flight details.

The following user-friendly icons are available:

Icon

Description

Refresh

Click the Refresh iconto refresh the current display.

Email

Click the Email iconto send the current display via email.

Print

Click on the Print iconto print information in the display.

Save for Excel

Save the current display in Excel format .

Expand window

Click on the Expand Window icon in the upper right-hand corner of the form to expand the size of the window to full screen, click again to return the window to the original size.

The Operator drop-down at the top of the Turnaround display enables users to filter grid results by operator.

The Port drop-down list allows users to select a port for a particular operator.

The Date field enables users to view flight departure information by date and to select the time frame using the Between field feature. 

To generate the Turn Around Report, simply click the excel and the below message will appear. Option: open and save.

Compare and check if the value is correct and the same with the generated Turnaround table.

In UI view you can follow the below steps to:

In Aircraft Follow>Reports>OTT and OTT (SRS) Report, this displays the on time turnaround (OTT) statistics of the airline for a given date range.
