Register to CrewPortal
You will need your employee ID to register to CrewPortal for the first time. The CrewPortal link will be provided by merlot.aero.
To register to CrewPortal
Go to CrewPortal.
Enter your employee ID.
Click Login or select Enter.
Enter your unique eight-character alphanumeric password.
Confirm your password.
Provide a Secret Question with its corresponding Secret Answer. The Forgot Password feature uses your Secret Question and Secret Answer in case you need to reset your password.
Check the information you provided.
If you want to… | Then… |

close the form without saving your progress | click Cancel. |
After your successful registration, you won’t have to re-login unless you change your CrewPortal password.
Incorrect user name or password
The Validation Summary prompt displays when you enter an incorrect User ID or password.
Reset your password
You can reset your password for security reasons, or if you forget it. To recover your password, you’ll be asked to enter the answer to the secret question that you provided when you registered.
Log in to CrewPortal
Go to CrewPortal link. The link is provided by merlot.aero.
Select Enter. The CrewPortal Login window is displayed.
3. Enter your user ID and password.
4. Click Login to continue. You are now directed to the CrewPortal home page.
