How to set up Crew Portal for new Flight and Cabin crew

When newly inducted crew will access the Crew Portal for the first time.

Step-by-step guide

1. Check if Crew Portal: User ID is filled in

2. Set up Crew Portal User ID and save
When trying to change password - no initial password has been set up

3. Go to Crew Portal and enter the User I.D 

4. Since there is no initial password, it will redirect the crew to create a password

5. Log in to Crew Portal, use the ID and Password that was recently created

6. Crew will able to log in through his portal
