Active duty not showing in crew mobile

An active duty after being allocated to a crew is not showing in Crew Mobile but visible in Crew Follow.

Step-by-step guide

 1. The Hide Until value may have been configured for Portal/Mobile hence, the duty is not visible to the crew in the crew portal/mobile/roster report.

     De-allocate and re-allocate the pairing. When prompted to send duty change notification just removed the Hide Until value or un-tick the Hide Until checkbox. This will allow the pairing to be visible again.
