When Users manually sign on Crews via monitoring panel

Step-by-step guide

  1. When application users have manually signed in a crew member. 
  4. Many reports will not show the details as crews are expected to sign themselves in and updating this value in-app doesn't update the same values. 
  5. Reports would need to instead point at the "PairingDutyEmployee table 


Note: The times inserted in the "Report Time" field of the UI is the time reflected in the "Report" Column. This is intended to reflect when the crew reports as manually recorded by the User.
