How to Manage Flight Colour Based on Delay Preference

User has the ability to change the colour of the flights based on departure delay preference. This is managed in Configure.

Step-by-step guide

1.Open Configure >> User >> User Preferences

2.In the User Preference page, update the following user preferences based on the desired color:

Preference	Description
OnTimeColour	color used for on time flights
MinorDelayedColour	color used for major delay
MajorDelayedColour	color used for major delay

3.Click Save.

4.Go to Operations > Flight > Delay and OTP Configuration to open the Flight Follow Configuration Window.

5. In Flight Flight Follow Configuration Window, modify the following fields based on user's delay preference:

Column	Description
Enforce after*	The Enforce after column will prompt users to enter delay information after the number of minutes added here.
IgnoreDelayLessThan	Select the numeric value using up/down arrows to set the less than delay value. Delays less than the set numeric value are ignored.
Major Delay Greater Than	Select the numeric value using up/down arrows to set the major delay greater than value. Delays greater than the set numeric value will be reported as major delays.

The above configuration is read as:

On time to 4 minutes delay in departure - GREEN

5 minutes - 14 minutes delay in departure - YELLOW

15 minutes + delay in delay in departure - RED
