Reconfigure the cosmic radiation value

Configuration and details on the operating procedure for the system user.

Step-by-step guide

Rule Setup
Go to Configure >> Rules >>Rule Config >> Search for 'Cosmic Radiation Rule' >> Set Min Threshold** to 6

**MinThreshold – this is actually a warning level and should not be considered a minimum threshold. (minor issue)

Configure Doses:
Go to Configure >> Port / Route >> Routes >> Search for route say,CEIHKG
Traverse to the Cosmic Radiation Dosage tab
User can click on ADD and a blank row will be created for the user to input a new record. The behavior of the controls in each column will be as follows:
a. Month - This is a drop-down list of all 12 months in chronological order i.e. January, February, March, etc.
b. Year - This is a drop-down list that has the values of current year +/- 2 in chronological order. Today is 2015, so the values should be 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 201
c. Effective Dose (mSv) - holds a decimal value up to 5 decimal places. This tells us how many microsieverts (mSv) the expected exposure level is for that month. This field must allow decimal values only.

The Expected Dose can be treated like a default value for that route. NASA monitors cosmic radiation levels per month and that is what users will enter as Actual Dose after the fact.
a. In case the Expected Dose for a certain month is not yet available, the default value must be used.
b. This field will be added in the General tab of the route.
c. Default Effective Dose (mSv) - holds a decimal value up to 5 decimal places. This tells us how many microsieverts (mSv) the expected exposure level is for that month. This field must allow decimal values only.

Testing the Rule violation:
Create a new pairing with the 2 flights ex. "HKGCEI and CEIHKG"
Assign the pairing <3750> to crew on 2nd Jan 2017

Total Radiation Exposure for this pairing is 2.5 (1 + 1.5) as added above in configure.
Check the Rule Violation Panel (click on toggle all to check for the rules as its not critical yet)
Date range checked is for 1 calendar year.

In case the radiation dosage is breached, then this rule would prompt as critical violation. As in case of "XXX" crew, Try to assign 3750 pairing on 2nd, 6th and 9th Jan 2016. 6th Jan no violation as its was 5 mSv which is less than 6. But, on 9th Jan when you try to assign the pairing, violation is prompted. See attached.

Reports:
A new ad hoc report called Cosmic Radiation Exposure will be created. This is the only way in the UI where users can see the total exposure of crew in a particular date range. Standard ad hoc report criteria must be applied.
The report output will display as per sample below

Please apply the rule config changes in PROD as advised above to change the rule trigger from 4 to 6 mSv. The above tests were carried out in UAT environment.
