How to process changes to an Active Flight Schedule.

(Sampled Schedule to be changed: 1 May to 28 Oct 2017)

Step-by-step guide


  1. Go to Aircraft Schedule >> Search for the schedule which contains the flight # required to revise.



  2. Now double click on the schedule and load it.

  3.  Edit the flight STD and STA (as required, if you want to change the timings)
  4.  Once the timings are altered a new window pop-up where you can select the period of the schedule from when you would want the timings to be changed.



  5.  In this case, select from 1 May to 28 Oct as mentioned.
  6. Click on OK. Export Schedule Changes window would appear. Expand the flight entries and tick the applicable flights to modify
  7. De-select all the flights for April from there. Note – you need to scroll down to check for any April flights as the flights are sorted based on days of the week operation schedule. In this case, first sorting is for Thursday flights as per the start of the day for the month.

      

  8. Tick the process box and click on process.  

            

      9. Job id 78 will process the changes and update the flights in Aircraft Follow.

          

    10. ReTime changes will be send as ASM TIM message while adding new flights will send an ASM NEW message. NOTE – currently we do not allow DELETE of flights from a schedule via ASM

    11. Verify in Aircraft Follow and ensure that changes from aircraft schedule were correctly exported.
