Creating and managing "Perpetual" Expiries

How do I manage one-off or perpetual expiries in merlot ? One such example is "Intro HF". This is completed during a ground school , but is a lifelong expiry. This was previously managed by amending their expiry date to "30/12/2999".

Step-by-step guide

  1. Go to Manage Qualification Definition in CrewPlan >> Intro HF >> Expiry tab and add an expiry as below.
  2. Save the course. Log out and login to refresh the cache.
  3. Go to Tools >> Manage Expiry Information in CrewPlan
